Three generations of the Brandolino family have owned and managed commercial shopping centers locally.

Father/son duo Fiore and Jeff Brandolino purchased the shopping center at 25520 Pheasant Lane in Channahon at the corner of Route 6 and Ridge Road earlier this year.

Some of the current tenants include Mallard Point Veterinary Clinic and the Office Bar & Grill.

When they bought the center, they knew there were vacancies and had planned to get creative in finding new tenants. For any local small business looking to open shop in Channahon, they are willing to place their “bet on the winning horse.”

“Yes, we want to help out the small local business in our community,” Brandolino said in a press release. “We believe in this community and want to be part in the growth of our hometown. We currently have a vacancy that would be absolutely perfect for a barber shop or beauty salon. In fact, we already have the sign above the unit, ‘Barber Shop.’ If someone is willing to invest their heart into opening a business, we are willing to help make it a success. Based on the proposed use and business model of the tenant, we are prepared to be generous in helping them get the business up and running for the new year.”

1. Where are you from?

I was born in the Philippines and grew up in Torrance, California.

After receiving my real estate license in 2002, I got my start with Brian Palmer’s team at RE/MAX Valencia as an assistant/office manager.

I heard Jeff is the go-to guy for real estate investments in Santa Clarita. I knew him way back when we were both at RE/MAX Valencia. I gave him a call and after chatting a bit, I realized his organization is an excellent fit for me.
4. Why did you choose to go into real estate?
I chose to go into real estate after reading Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad. I was absolutely hooked on real estate and shortly after, got my license.
5. What’s your favorite part about real estate?
I love problem solving for motivated sellers and finding dream homes for buyers.
6. What is your favorite part about working at Brandolino Group?
My favorite part of working with the Brandolino Group is the team! They are a great group of people.
7. Why did you choose LA / Santa Clarita?
My husband and I came out to the Santa Clarita Valley with our two children in 2001 because of the good public schools and affordable homes.

Are there investing secrets?

When looking for an investment property, find value-add opportunities.  A property that is performing at its best can only get worse.  We look for properties that we can add value to and increase profits by rolling up our sleeves and doing what we do best!

How can we retire wealthy?

Buy Real Estate and HOLD it long term! Invest with partners and spread your money for diversity. I would rather have 50 percent of two properties than 100 percent of one.

Should I pay cash for Real Estate?

No! Rates are at an all time low. Use bank leverage while it is available at these low costs. Lock in fixed rates and let your rental income pay off the bank over time.

Has the house flipping business slowed down?

Yes. We continue to treasure hunt daily and with hard work, the deals are out there. We have built a well-oiled machine that will continue on through all market conditions.

Are you guys looking for new investors?

Not actively. But we are always open to meeting new potential investors, having the relationships in place is key for when the timing is right.

Do you sell homes or only invest?

We do it all! I focus on acquisitions and listing our assets for sale, while our amazing team of agents list and sell, sell, sell.

1. Where are you from?

I’m originally from Chicago, IL but moved out west (to California) at an early age.

2. How did you get your start in real estate?
I started in real estate back in 2003 when I found my passion for sales.

I’ve known Jeff Brandolino since 2003 when I first started out in real estate. Recently, I decided to move my business in a different direction and focus more on investment and wealth management.
4. Why did you choose to go into real estate?
I decided to go into real estate because I remembered when I was young I used to love going into open houses with my parents and hoping that the house would be ours. I eventually turned that fascination with homes into a career. I feel very fortunate to be involved with helping people plan one of the biggest decisions they will be making in their lives.
5. What’s your favorite part about real estate?
My Favorite part of Real Estate is telling my clients Congratulations! Start getting ready to move.
6. What is your favorite part about working at Brandolino Group?

I chose Santa Clarita because I believe it is a great place to raise a family and its still close to the beach and the mountains.

  • I graduated the University of Southern California with a Bachelors in Applied Health Science (Fight On!) in 2003. Big Trojan Fan!
  • I am a huge classic car enthusiast. Dream car is a 1956 Bel Air.

1. Where are you from?

I am from New Haven, Ct.

2. How did you get your start in real estate?
I got my start in real estate in 2008 trained by Re/Max agents in The Antelope Valley. I really honed his skills as a short sale negotiator and as a residential specialist.  After 3 years in the real estate business, I landed an opportunity to play music in Jay Leno’s Tonight Show Band. After 3 years on the show, I came back to real estate with a burning desire to help not only entertainers and celebrities with their real estate issues and concerns, but anyone who truly wants to take advantage of the real estate market and have it work for themselves and their families!
3. How did you get your start at Brandolino Group?
I was introduced to the Brandolino group through Tammy Mai, one of its executive brokers, who thought that I would be a good fit for their team.
4. Why did you choose to go into real estate?
I choose to go into real estate because it allows me a chance to spend more time at home with my wife and daughters. Also, real estate allows me to enough money to be a part of my family’s lives without missing out on those crucial few years of child development!
5. What’s your favorite part about real estate?
My favorite part of real estate is prospecting for new business! I love to connect with people and negotiate on their behalf!

I love working with the Brandolino Group because of their high level of individual accountability amongst each other, their high standard of customer service, and their overall high level of sales production.

Los Angeles has been my home now for 15 years! There’s no other place my family and I would rather be!!

  • I love to cook!

  • I can braid and comb all of my three daughter’s hair with no problem under 15 minutes!!

I am a native of Los Angeles who grew up in the San Fernando Valley.

1. Where are you from?
I’m a California native and have lived in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1984.
 
2. How did you get your start in real estate?
I got my start while looking for new opportunities and trying to make a transition out of retail sales arena. I embarked on a journey into the world of finance back in 2002…3 years into my quest, I got licensed as a real estate agent and can proudly say, as of today, I’ve helped a plethora of families accomplish their goals of home ownership.
3. How did you get your start at Brandolino Group?
I’ve always been a true believer of the philosophy that, “…One should be surrounded by a successful sphere of influence if one seeks a successful mindset,” Jeff and the Brandolino Team have proven to be just that sphere I had been searching for…I’m excited to be a part a successful organization and the contribution I will bring to the team.
4. Why did you choose to go into real estate?
I, like most folks, fell in love with the idea of making my own schedule, being my own boss, and the limitless opportunity to grow my business. Not in that order but they all may have played a part in getting into the real estate industry. However, as we all certainly find out quickly, to accomplish all that, you have to be ready for the Grind! I love what I do and do what I love. I have seen many try and many fail…Only the strong survive in this business and I’m proud to say, I’m going on my 11th year in full time real estate. I’d encourage anyone who wants to try it to go for it! But, be mentally prepared for a LOT of hard work!
5. What’s your favorite part about real estate?
Firstly, I love the art of negotiations. But, my absolute favorite thing about real estate is the smiles on my clients faces when I hand them the keys of their new home.

I’m actually pretty effective in the Tri­-Valley areas (a.k.a. Santa Clarita Valley, Antelope Valley and San Fernando Valley). Being fluent in English and Spanish gives me an edge on expanding my territory outside the Santa Clarita borders. But, SCV will always be my hometown – I feel the most confident and comfortable in my knowledge of the area, the neighborhood values and their amenities.
8. What are 3 things most people don’t know about you?
-I’m an artist by nature (mostly freehand realism)
-I’m also a self-proclaimed “picker” and restorationist of vintage furniture and antiques
-I tore my right achilles heel while breakdancing 🙂

MEET ADRIAN: 

1. Where are you from? 
I was born and raised in the Philippines. I moved out here when I was 14. I grew up in Santa Clarita Valley.
 
2. How did you get your start in real estate? 

I was answering phones part time for Realty Executives and was attracted to the business through my encounters with Jim Tanner and top realtors on the area.

3. How did you get your start at Brandolino Group? 
After looking at the real estate business and having a sense of management, I realized there is more to real estate than just buying and selling houses. There are sooo many sub-platforms in the real estate industry and the Brandolino Group’s vast experience in all arenas is something I wanted to be a part of…Associating myself is tremendous leverage and credibility for my business. I approached Jeff in combining our efforts through my skills in sales and coaching plus, his keen investment sense to develop an original business model.
 
4. Why did you choose to go into real estate? 
Because being a part of someone’s sale, purchase or investment heavily relies on the trusting relationships sellers and buyers have with their realtor. I have a passion for helping others achieve their goals through compassion and clear communication. I know by doing so, it automatically helps achieve mine.
 
5. What’s your favorite part about real estate?

Ultimately, my parents chose Santa Clarita Valley when I was living in the Philippines. We initially visited the United States when I was 10 and they decided they wanted to move here. They stayed and I went back home with my siblings and didn’t see my parents for 4 years. In those 4 years, they were able to get the proper paperwork for our citizenship and chose Santa Clarita for its schools, safety ratings, and family-oriented planned community.
8. What are three things people might not know about you? 

1)      I moved out here when I was 14 from the Philippines which surprises most people as I do not have an accent. 

2)      I had a much deeper meaning of my purpose on helping others after I fell asleep on the wheel and hit a tree going 60MPH.

3)      I love fashion and trying out different types of food.

1. Where are you from? 
I was born in Lima-Peru. In 2000, my husband Benjamin and I moved to the United States in hopes for better opportunities for our daughter.
 
2. How did you get your start in real estate? 
In Peru, I was actually a computer engineer. Upon moving to the US I started working in the travel industry for 5 years or so, then transitioned into doing loans. I worked in the loan business for 4 or 5 years, I started as Loan Officer Assistant, then Loan’s Processor. In 2011, I decided to try my hand at real estate.

The beautiful Tammey referred my husband Benjamin and I to Brandolino Group! 
 
4. Why did you choose to go into real estate? 
I felt it was an opportunity to really grow professionally. As a realtor, you own your business and can make your own schedule. As my family is very important to me, being in real estate has helped allow me to spend more time with my loved ones.
